John Hutto

John Hutto- Broker at Utopia Ranch Realty is no stranger to the ranching life. Born and raised in Val Verde County to a 3rd generation Rancher. He was raised on a Ranch working alongside his father learning and appreciating the great outdoors. After High School, he attended Angelo State University in San Angelo Texas focusing on Business with a Major in Accounting and Real Estate. Graduating in 1980. After a brief stint as an Accountant, John turned his focus to Real Estate and Sat for the Texas Real Estate Commission Salesman test in the 1980s.  With over 40 years actively holding a Brokers License, he focused on what he knew and Loved Selling Ranches.
